The Lighthouse exists because the wellbeing of our community depends on shared responsibility. There are many ways to be part of this work—whether you can engage actively or support in quieter, equally meaningful ways.
Become an Active Member
Active members take part in shaping The Lighthouse from within.
This path is for those who feel called to contribute time, presence, skills, and care to the community. Active participation may include:
✔️ Attending community meetings and assemblies.
✔️ Participating in working groups, initiatives, or councils.
✔️Helping design ethical guidelines and community standards.
✔️Supporting mediation, listening circles, or restorative processes.
✔️Proposing initiatives that protect, educate, or strengthen the Sacred Valley.
Active members help Lighthouse remain grounded, transparent, and community-led.
This role is ideal if you have availability, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to collective wellbeing.
Support The Lighthouse in Gentle but Powerful Ways
Not everyone has the time to participate actively—and that is completely okay.
You can support The Lighthouse by helping the community stay informed, protected, and connected.
Ways to participate include:
✔️ Sharing The Lighthouse’s voice, values, and announcements.
✔️ Informing us about situations that may harm the community.
✔️ Encouraging ethical practices and accountability.
✔️ Referring individuals who may need support or guidance.
✔️ Reporting cases of misconduct, abuse, or unethical behavior in ceremonies or community spaces
All reports are treated with care, confidentiality, and responsibility.
OTHER WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Even small actions create collective protection:
✔️ Offering translation or language support when needed.
✔️ Sharing skills remotely (writing, design, legal, mediation, tech)
✔️ Providing holistic or wellness support when requested.
✔️ Supporting elders, children, or vulnerable community members.
✔️ Being a trusted listener or point of reference in your network.
The Lighthouse grows through many forms of presence—not just visibility.
